Overview
If Galaga and Centipede were to have a baby, it would be Neon Defender. It's a New, yet Retro 80's Style Arcade Classic Space Shooter created in JavaScript and performs like a 1980s arcade classic.

- Collect Double-Shot Power Ups
- Collect Shields
- Bonus Rounds
- Don't want too long to shoot the last aliens. They upgrade and become harder to kill
Your score and high score are stored in your local browser's local storage.
It's a full game downloaded into your browser, played in your browser. Think of it as a mobile app, but with no ads or tracking of personal information. Exactly like a classic arcade game.

Why I Decided to Make This
Classic arcade games are what turned me on to computers and software development. I still love the classics and have even bought a couple stand up arcade machines at home. This gives me the full feel of those classics. I wrote it for myself, but I'm sharing too for free.
